User Agreement Governing Your Use of suhuqq Platform

IMPORTANT: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and suhuqq ("We", "Us", "Our", "Platform", "Service") governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform located at https://suhuqq.cam. By registering an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use suhuqq services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia only. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of account creation and during all subsequent use of our platform. We employ geolocation technology to verify your location, and any attempt to circumvent these restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other means constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indonesian law. You may not use our services if you are acting on behalf of another person, if you have been previously excluded or banned from suhuqq or any other gambling platform, or if you are subject to any legal restrictions that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. All accounts are subject to verification at any time.
To access our services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly forbidden and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must choose a strong password and never share it with third parties. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify suhuqq customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
suhuqq is required by law and responsible gaming standards to verify your identity. You must submit valid identification documents when requested, including a government-issued ID card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie holding your ID card. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Unverified accounts are subject to withdrawal limits and may be suspended until verification is completed.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals, account restrictions, or closure. Changes to critical information such as email address, phone number, or banking details may require additional verification.
suhuqq accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes.
For responsible gaming purposes, we implement deposit limits. New accounts are subject to a daily deposit limit of Rp 10,000,000 until verification is completed. You may request to adjust your deposit limits by contacting customer support. Increases to limits take effect after 24 hours; decreases take effect immediately.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Unverified accounts may withdraw up to Rp 5,000,000 per day; verified accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3-5 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), but may take up to 24 hours during peak periods or for large amounts requiring additional review.
suhuqq does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals incur a processing fee of 2% (minimum Rp 5,000). Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there are concerns about money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits or offer currency conversion services. If you attempt to deposit from a foreign bank account, the transaction will be rejected and funds returned minus any bank charges.
All bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and promotional credits offered by suhuqq are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 40x the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games 10%. Specific contribution rates are displayed in the promotion terms.
suhuqq reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, strategic betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, collaboration with other players, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all funds forfeited.
Not all players are eligible for all promotions. suhuqq reserves the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions at our discretion. Players who have previously violated Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or demonstrated patterns of bonus abuse may be permanently excluded from all promotional offers.
All games on suhuqq utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes to ensure fairness. We partner exclusively with licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetExt, and Microgaming. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are displayed in each game's information section and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed short-term results.
For sports betting markets, all bets are settled according to official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined (e.g., match abandoned after 70 minutes of a football match). In the event of technical malfunctions, software errors, disconnections, or other system failures, suhuqq reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions. All players are responsible for ensuring stable internet connections.
suhuqq reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, bets placed after an event has started (late bets), or bets accepted due to technical glitches. Players who knowingly exploit errors or system vulnerabilities will have all related winnings voided and may face account closure.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
While we strive to maintain 24/7 service availability, suhuqq does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, or to comply with legal requirements. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from service interruptions.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. suhuqq is not responsible for failures, errors, or delays caused by third-party service providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, suhuqq's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. suhuqq is not responsible for gambling losses, poor betting decisions, or the financial or personal consequences of excessive gambling. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling behavior and seeking help if needed.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses). Closed accounts cannot be reopened, and you must wait 6 months before creating a new account.
suhuqq reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to platform integrity. During suspension, access to your Account and funds will be restricted pending investigation.
If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once implemented. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts with positive balances. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be closed, with remaining balances forfeited after reasonable attempts to contact the account holder.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which suhuqq operates. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the legal framework governing online gaming platforms.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the complaint to our management team. All communications regarding disputes must be in English or Indonesian.
suhuqq reserves the right to make final decisions on all disputes related to bet settlements, bonus terms interpretation, rule violations, and platform operations. Our decisions are binding and final unless proven to be clearly erroneous.
Any claims or disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. This includes disputes about bet settlements, missing deposits, or unauthorized transactions.

suhuqq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions that most closely reflect the original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and suhuqq regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
By clicking "I Agree" during registration or by using any suhuqq services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, understand all provisions, and agree to be legally bound by them. You further acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age, physically located in Indonesia, and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
